Welcoming myself into Bolt City

Poly Taffeta, Black soft poly blend, Twill (can see gold charmeuse lower right)

Black poly blend (yummy soft)

Teal Taffeta

Victorian Yellow (gold) Charmeuse

Muslin, Interfacing, Lining

Heavy weight (this is for a corset I'm making)

Don't know fabric contents. I'll call you: Shiny.

Grey organza

I won’t say much more than the captions give away. As you can see, I bought a couple of complete rolls/bolts of fabric. Some are partial rolls. And then the last couple of photos show a couple of yards I picked up at the entry way. I swear I thought they were prizes I won. (hehe. If only.)

Meg, this is for you!

I’m so impressed with this haul. The charmeuse went into Juli’s dress, yes? This looks like a dressmaking collection… and a corset???? I’m super excited to see that come to light. For some reason I can’t explain I’m especially jealous of the 50 yards of muslin…

Actually, I bought all this stuff after I had already bought the fabric for the princess dress. I should’ve just waited- but such was my eagerness to make that dress for her.
